I’m Greg Parry, founder of Arcope. I bring together psychology, behavioural science and leadership development to help managers lead more effectively and teams work better together.
I’m a Chartered Scientist in Psychology and am completing a PhD exploring experiential learning and its relationship with psychological capital and entrepreneurial self-efficacy.
My experience spans behavioural research at Bangor University’s Wales Centre for Behaviour Change, work with Public Health Wales, and leadership and organisational development within NHS Wales. I’ve also worked on healthcare projects involving digital adoption, change management and quality improvement, helping people engage with new ways of working and translate plans into practice.
Alongside my consultancy work, I teach postgraduate business and management modules at Wrexham University.
Across these roles, my focus is on making evidence useful: helping people understand how their everyday behaviour affects others and what they can do to improve it.
Being good at your job doesn’t automatically prepare you to manage people. Giving useful feedback, addressing difficult behaviour and building a team that works well together all require support and practice.
I founded Arcope to help managers and organisations meet those challenges. Through leadership development, coaching and team support, I help people build the skills and confidence to lead well, creating better working relationships and supporting organisational performance.
That support also extends to organisational change. Whether you’re introducing technology, improving a service or developing your culture, I help you consider the people and behaviours that will make those changes work in practice.
I start by listening to understand your organisation, the challenges your people face and what you want to achieve.
Together, we identify what needs to change and develop practical support around your situation. That might involve workshops, individual coaching, team development or support with a change or improvement project.
My approach combines evidence from psychology and behavioural science with opportunities to discuss, practise and apply learning to real workplace situations. You leave with clear actions to put into practice and build on.
